Gabriella (She/They)Owner & Lead Planner/Designer I founded Gabriella & Co in 2018 and I have been planning weddings ever since. I always call myself a people forward planner. My greatest passion is people and aiding in telling their stories. I have a rich background in theatre directing and performing and my love for people and stories started at a young age. My background in theatre and has trained me to be adaptive, collaborative, and think outside of the box. I always call myself a people forward planner. I find design inspiration everywhere in nature, art, architecture, and film. It’s important for our team to not loose sight of the main objective, to celebrate your love story! I believe planning and coordination are the non-negotiable tools that allow any celebration small or large feel carefree, natural, and polished. It’s my greatest passion to help take the weight off my client’s shoulders so they can be fully present on their big day so that they can focus on making memories for a lifetime. In my personal life I’m a Mom to a vibrant little Gemini, and in my free time I try to spend as much time as possible with my Husband, Daughter, and Doggies in the garden or going on walks. I’m an absolute sucker for chia and matcha lattes paired with a flaky pastry.
My biggest wedding planning tip: Hire vendors who align with you and your values. Don’t underestimate the impact of florals.

Aubrey (He/Him) Principal Planner I started working for Gabriella & Co in 2020. I love weddings because it’s the one memory we all wish to live and it’s such an honor to be the one to help someone experience their special day. Love is beautiful to celebrate! As someone who came from the theatre, it’s no surprise I found a passion for planning. Believing that all the world’s a stage, I have always enjoyed entertaining those around me at social gatherings. This informed my kinetic passion to create unforgettable experiences for lasting memories. My background in acting, management, and hospitality has given me an array of experiences to be the planner I’ve always been meant to become. I believe leading with love and empathy creates a life with purpose! When I’m not planning, I’m exploring nature, indulging in quality food, or snuggling with my partner and two kitties while watching an insightful documentary.
My biggest wedding planning tip: I like to do things untraditionally, my biggest tip would be to find creative ways to showcase your relationship and personalities into your wedding. What do you want your guests to remember? If something doesn’t speak to you, don’t do it! Find what works for you.
Kathryn (She/Her) Event Coordination Support Hi, my name is Kathryn Rhea (she/her), and I have been working with Gabriella and Co. since the summer of 2022. I’m an avid traveler with a passion for art, history, and meeting new people! As both a wedding and venue coordinator, I love the logistics - putting the pieces together to make sure our couples have a day that is as special as they are and remains a favorite chapter in their story.
When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
My biggest wedding planning tip: Add a little bit (or a lot!) of yourselves into the decor & theme, whether through photos, your favorite color, your favorite flowers, etc… it’s a wonderful way to incorporate your unique story into the celebrations.
