Gabriella went above and beyond in preparing the bigger picture with myself and my bride almost a year beforehand, and they honed in on key details for the special day itself, alongside their excellent assistant Aubrey. We honestly do not know what we would have done without them all! Gabriella provided clarity with a transparent timeline, had excellent suggestions for rentals and vendors, and kept our vision at the forefront of what they were doing at all times.
An extra challenge for the team was a self-officiating ceremony, which Gabriella covered thoroughly at the rehearsal the day before, and it really couldn't have gone better on the day - the ceremony was everything we wanted it to be! Gabriella also acted as a brilliant liaison between us, the venue coordinator and other vendors, and ensured smooth running of the whole day. It was a fantastic event that everyone enjoyed, and we are so grateful to Gabriella and her team for all their hard work. Thank you so much!

I planned my wedding while in medical school and it was thankfully a very low stress process thanks to Gabriella. They made our wedding day better than I ever imagined it. I would have lost all of my hair if it wasn't for Gabriella and Aubrey! They truly made our wedding day as stress free and beautiful as possible, and gifted us with extra time that we would have otherwise spent worrying and accommodating guests. 10/10 would recommend them! We were about 75% done with wedding planning/design when we reached out to Gabriella and chose the Month of Coordination package. (If I could go back in time I would have hired them from the beginning and gone for the full wedding planning service!) I was deployed to the Middle East and my Husband was living on the east coast, and Gabriella and Aubrey helped us finalize all of our wedding details from a far. Aubrey did all of our day-of-coordination, and I feel so indebted to him for all of his help! Aubrey took our initial design/vision input and ran with it, ensuring that all of our decorations were set up without having to stop and ask us for questions. Aubrey also ensured my husband and I never went without snacks, or a drink, and had time to breathe in between events. Gabriella helped with all of our coordination leading up to the wedding day, was attentive, quick to respond, and always ready with ideas and solutions.

Gabriella is hands down the most helpful, gracious, and attentive wedding planner out there. It was refreshing to have her help in planning my wedding because she was able to make my abstract ideas concrete. On the day of the wedding, she made our lives easier by ensuring that all of the vendors and guests were where they needed to be and helping us slow down during our busiest moments. They even made sure we had a little bit of a break before the reception started, which is one of my favorite moments of the entire day. Our day wouldn't have been the same without Gabriella's help, and I couldn't recommend their services enough!
