MONTH-OF IDEAL CLIENT:
Planner minded clients who enjoy doing the bulk of the planning and clerical work, but need some help with the day-of execution plan and some of the load off the month leading up to the big day. This is the ideal package for client’s that have booked an inclusive venue that provides most of the core services like catering, staff, bartending, and a venue coordinator.
PARTIAL PLANNING IDEAL CLIENT:
Clients who need more planning guidance sprinkled into a 10-18 month planning window who have a clear vision of that they want but they need help with deadlines, decor execution, vendor coverage, budget managment, etc. This package is ideal for clients that are hands-on but want to make sure they are on the right track during the entire duration of their planning process.
FULL PLANNING IDEAL CLIENT:
Busy clients who want to fully enjoy the planning process and make the most of it. Most clients who are planning a destination wedding in Arizona who don’t live in the state pick this package. This package best suits clients who are planning a larger scale event with a lot of moving parts and vendors. This ideal client has a vision but needs help with executing the vision. This package must be booked at least 10 months prior to the wedding date but it’s ideally booked between 18-12 months.
